I heard people are saying I'm way too strict, mostly staff members.

Yes/No and the reason why plox. I'm having a difficult time in real life and in-game, but if you guys would be so kind as to tell me what else I'm doing wrong, be my guest.

I'm here to improve my attitude and explain my actions.
You guys flame away, I'll take it as helpful criticism.

Your not strict at all the things i like about you is you play and joke around
but also are a very helpful staff member (the only one really trying)

Despite recent events and opinions towards you, you do your job well and there is no taking that from you. Credit is earned where credit is due. You're the only administrator doing much of anything, note to everyone saying staff, Jamie isn't the only staff as a whole doing his job.
