Help with Win7 64 bit? Empty
PostSubject: Help with Win7 64 bit?   Help with Win7 64 bit? EmptyTue Aug 10, 2010 8:15 pm

I get this problem with all clients unless it is not a run.bat file...
when I try to use it, it says "Java is not a recognized something something something"
I have a code that makes run.bat files for clients work, as it has on different servers.
The code is
@echo off
title Client
cd ./Class/
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Xmx200m Jframe 30 0 lowmem members 32
pause

and you edit the run.bat and replace the language there with that. But it just gives me a long line of java errors.
:x I have windows 64 BIT. Not 32!

You're sure you have Java downloaded?

And, I think people need to change the code in the "C:/Program Files (x86)..." line. I just can't remember which code, sorry.

I know, I just think it does not make a big diffrence.
Try doing this:
http://www.java.com/nl/download/
Also
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk6-jsp-136632.html = JDK

Go to YouTube, And Search this: "How to install Java on Windows 7". Then there will show up guides, That shows you how to install it.
