An updated version of every rule we've had combined. I think it might have gotten a little confusing to newcomers with every post we've made in the rules section.Forum RulesDon't Advertise Websites.If done, You will be Permanently Banned from the Forums.

www.itemdb.co.nrNo Spamming.There are multiple ways to spam. Less than five words is considered spamming, double posting, replying something off-topic, and more. You will be warned only twice before you are punished, which depends on the level of your actions.
No Racism Or Excessive Flaming/Trolling.You will be warned at first. If you continue, you'll be banned. This includes rude remarks, excessive cussing, etc. Keep it clean.
Do Not Flame Any Staff Members.You will be warned, And if you continue, you'll be banned. Staff do their best job to keep everything fair. If you were punished, you probably deserved it.
Do Not Use the "Reporting" Topic For Fun; Only If People DID Break A Rule(s).Reporting people for absolutely no reason will turn into a Permanent Ban.
No Grave Digging.Do not post on topics that are more than 10 days old unless it's an "open topic" Your account's post will be deleted, along with any posts recognizing it.
Don't Post On Your Staff Application With A New Account.Your new account's post will be deleted, along with any posts recognizing it. Your application will also be auto-declined.
Do not create a topic in the News and Announcements section.This is an immediate 24 hour ban. The News and Announcements section is for staff only. You may only post on topics staff members have created.
Ingame RulesDon't dupe/encourage others to.If caught doing so, you will be permanently IP-banned from the server, and your accounts will be deleted. This is a spawn server, so you should not have to dupe at all.
Do not encourage others to break rules.If done so, you will be permanently banned from the server. We don't tolerate this.

Do not spam yell.You will be warned multiple times before you are muted, depending on what you yell. This includes the ::yellowphat, and other related jokes. All they do is spam.
Don't ask for a staff position, or ask Kevin/Tony to view your application.If done once, you will be warned. If it has been done more than once, you will be muted. Staff will look at the application when they're ready. Asking for staff or for them to view your application will just annoy them.
Don't advertise your staff application ingame.You'll be warned, then muted, which basically auto-declines your application. It's okay for you to mention to your friend that you're running for staff, but don't spam it over yell.
Do not ask staff members for items.If done once, you will be warned. If it has been done more than once, you will be muted. I cannot stress this enough. This is a spawn server, and for the items you can't spawn, you need to earn yourself. Keep in mind, only Moderators can sell items. They CANNOT spawn, they have to earn their items.
Do not ask staff members to help you defeat NPCS.If done so, you will be asked to stop several times. If you continue, this could result in you being muted. This is just plain annoying. When a staff member says NO, they mean NO.
No glitching. This includes trade glitching, pk glitching, npc glitching, or any form related.If done so, you will be warned three times, depending on the glitch, and will be banned if you continue. For more information, see PK Rules.
Be respectful to our staff. No swearing or cheating off of them.If done so, you will be warned multiple times, depending on the offence. If you continually do so, you will be permanently muted. Don't annoy staff repetitively either. Staff keep this server running.
No spamming is permitted regarding advertisement for other servers.First time done so is immediate ip-mute, and a ban on the account you advertised. There's no reason to play any server other than RoyalScape, because it's so awesome.
No selling/buying/trading of RuneScape accounts.If this is done, you will be warned only once. After your warning, you will be muted for 24 hours. Go to some other site to sell your accounts, don't do it in-game.
Do not scam anyone.This has been a major problem. You will have one warning, and then a mute the next time you scam.
Do not safespot monsters.This includes Corp, GWD, TD's, and all other monsters. Doing so will result in a few warnings, then a mute. If you continue to do so, you'll be banned.
Pking RulesDo not attack people in safespots.If done so, you'll first be jailed, then muted, and if needed, banned.
Do not level glitch.This means the DFS/mino glitch against lower levels. It also accounts for lower levels attacking higher levels. If someone says you're level glitching, than you probably are.
Don't spec and run.Either you fight someone fully, or don't fight them at all. Rushing will be given several warnings, and then a jail if necessary.
Be friendly while Pking.There's no reason to swear while pking. Doing so will result in a some warnings, then a permanent mute.
Do not attack staff members if they aren't pking.If you do this, you will be given several warnings, and will be jailed if you do this continuously.
EXPECTATIONS OF STAFF MEMBERS:Help players.
Enforce the rules.
Be mature; do what you should in a tough situation.
STAFF RULES:Inactivity will result in a demotion.
Be respectful towards players AND staff members.
Player rules account for staff members also, so follow them!
Do NOT allow anyone to break the rules and get away with it.
Don't use any advantages that other players don't have while Pking.
If you abuse your powers in any way, I guarantee that you'll be demoted.
No impersonation of other staff members/impersonation of a higher position.
There will be no racism, sexism, or any form related, in-game or on the forums.
Don't hand out items (especially accounts for admins,) unless there is a formal event.
IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF SOMETHING COULD BE CONSIDERED BREAKING THE RULES/ABUSING,
THEN DON'T DO IT! IF YOU THINK IT IS, THE CHANCE IS, IT REALLY IS!
