PJ'ing/Running/Safespot Glitching

Short and to the point. A lot of people don't know if these are against the rules or not, so I figured a seperate thread would be better. These are CONFIRMED BY TONY, NINE TREES, AND KEVIN.

PJ'ING is ILLEGAL.
PJ'ing is:

• Interupting a fight
  
• Attacking someone immediately AFTER they've finished fighting.

Exceptions

• ::multi PK'ing area.
  
• Clan wars (as in 2 clans warring, not the place.)
  

RUNNING is LEGAL.
This means you can run from a fight no matter what. No exceptions or anything.

SAFESPOT GLITCHING is ILLEGAL.
This means attacking people in safe areas, such as inside the ruins at ::deepwild. Whether it's range glitching, familiar glitching, DFS glitching, anything. It's NOT ALLOWED.


Please keep in mind, if you think it's against the rules, it probably is. Use some common sense people. You all (should) have some.

Rules change a lot, I think everyone agrees Pj'ing should be illegal, and running should not.

On regular RS, they fixed it so after you've ended combat, I think it's 12 seconds or so before someone can attack you.

Keep in mind that's only in PvP.

LIKE I SAID i think pj should be dealed same way as rs u should give them 5-10 seconds to pickup there shit (loot) and get the f out of pk.... or they can get pjed.....
