You need to be Active, Follow ALL Clan Rules, Come to Most Events. By earning Ranks,
Means you get closer and closer to General, Which means you can Lead the Clan at times.

- Spawn a Top Hat! (Id is 13101.)

• No Racism.

• Team Elite Members Do NOT PJ, Rush, Run from Fights, 0-4 Item.

• We are Nice to EVERYONE, Even if they Suck. (Flame Team Royale, That's aloud!)

• No Swearing at other Elite Members.

• You NEED To Wear a Top Hat Everytime you PK! Or else, You're not one of us.
